Hello everyone, How are you? Hope you’re doing well!!!! Been a long while. Tbh, wasn’t even really thinking about doing these here again, and even released an edition last week on my X account as an X article - till I’ve noticed something I personally found very relevant, and great to know actually. It was because of this article by Castle Labs (which are incredibly smart folks) that I’ve decided to check out - yet immediately, something I did not even expect became the focus of my attention.
As I was scrolling, I’ve noticed that there’s a natively embedded X post there. At first I was like “what? Is that what I think it is? Is this blog on Substack? And X posts are embedded, or as I call it, “pastable” again?!?!?!?!?!” This was basically the key reason I’ve not been doing these here ever since it was changed - the workflow of making these immediately went from fun to annoying the moment that ban of doing that happened, as X and Substack became “not besties” back in the day. It was right after Substack launched features who were a kind of “competition” to X. My blogs specifically, were basically just a celebration of what’s happening on X, or Twitter as it was called for most of the time I was doing these. And all of a sudden - it became undoable. Using screenshots with links was not only annoying to do, it was also blurry on the visual side of things - and my style of blogging about the crypto industry became just not fun to even read when I was reviewing it myself. I’ve had other stuff on my mind that time anyway. It was relatively early days of Leviathan News, I became more into podcasting, and although I’ve tried keeping the newsletter active for a while with curating videos - just wasn’t as interesting and fun. So eventually, just didn’t do it. Also, personally, haven’t even checked articles by others on Substack myself for a long while as a reader. As I was scrolling on that Castle Labs article, I realized it really is on Substack, despite it having its own web address. Substack allows this kind of stuff. I wasn’t imagining. Yet needed confirmations. Went to Grok, and asked. https://grok.com/c/0fdeb691-f127-4fee-8441-444012553a60?rid=37e98cd7-c0db-4f61-abaf-d8b7c76d81a3
Grok shared some background for me -
Thank you Chris Best! And thanks Nikita!
We're back.

And in this case, I’m one of the people this affects the most with the kind of content I want and enjoy creating. I must say, I’m excited. Ok, let’s do this. Once again, ladies and gentlemen, I get to say, Let’s look at some interesting things I’ve found for us today. And let’s actually start with this one. It was actually my friend johnnyonline who showed this story to me first, the day before everyone started talking about it. It starts with this post by WLFI.

At first you may think that $500m of collateral that would eat a 50% haircut if even 1% of it was liquidated may be bad.
But then you realize that 70-80% of the borrowed stables are recursively borrowed and supplied by the teams multisig so its totally fine and definitely not a

Ok, next up - noticed this post by aixbt (it’s a bot, for those who don’t know) about Aerodrome.
aerodrome is running on borrowed time. base boost rewards covers 100% of swap fees and pays veAERO holders in USDC cashback. program ends april 25. every veAERO holder is farming subsidized yield from coinbase's treasury right now. monad hit $400m TVL without a single subsidy

It’s talking about a 2 week incentive campaign to boost the base app, celebrating the new miniapp structure. Aerodrome does not need to incentive to earn billions- just look at the past year’s volume

Nansen shared their own take on what’s up with Aerodrome - for transparency, I’m a tiny Velodrome holder, which will also be a part of the move to Aero in the Summer.
Smart Money holdings in $AERO up 28.81% in 7 days. Whale balances up 67.98%. All the while price still $0.33.
One notable accumulator: Former Smart Trader [0xf20431] - buying $AERO via CoW Protocol for 4+ months, added again 18h ago, zero sells across the entire history.
